• Approved damage/defect cases

• Canceled prepaid orders before shipping

• Prepaid refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• COD refunds are issued via bank transfer (customer must share bank details).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
